Christina
Christina Watson, CEO, founded Ask The Expert Consulting LLC, a woman and minority owned consulting firm in 2023. With over 18 years in parking operations and technology, seven years in program management, and four years event organizing, Christina brings a variety of effective business advice and results. She strives to create a collaborative team that comes equipped with talents in different realms, as well as trusting and long standing client relationships.

Alvin
Alvin Watson, Customer Experience Expert, joined Ask The Expert Consulting in 2024. Alvin came to us with over 20 years of customer service, training, and customer experience background. He has managed large teams in call center settings, trained teams across the Southeast region for a well known interactive fudge retail company, and now assists business that are experiencing difficulties with employee customer service skills by holding effective customer service training classes.

Connie
Connie Jordan, Social Media Marketing Expert, joined Ask The Expert in 2024. Connie holds several social media accounts across several platforms, each account holding 10K+ followers, and has mastered how to achieve such a large following as well as keep her followers engaged. Connie is responsible for assisting our clients with assessing the social media needs and/or managing their social media marketing of our clients. Connie holds small and effective social media marketing classes.
